Treatment Issues: Specialties I work with are: Grief, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming behaviors, relationship issues, family issues, and life complications/stressors.
Education & Training: I received both my Bachelor's degree (2010) and Masters's degree (2011) in Social Work at Aurora University in Aurora Illinois. I am clinically licensed in Illinois and received my clinical license in 2014
Background and Experience: My clinical background includes: Crisis intervention and assessment from 2012-2014: I worked with children and adolescents providing crisis intervention therapy for issues of depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and family issues.
Special Interests & Services: I work with clients 18 years of age and older. I have experience working with couples and families as well. I see clients primarily struggling with grief-related issues, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, addiction issues, relationship issues, and family-related issues.
Additional Info: I received 40 hours of sexual assault and trauma training from the YWCA. I have experience in community speaking, particularly talking about mental health care in the high school setting.
