Joseph Rahman

Education & Training: Joseph received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wheaton College.  He obtained his Master of Science in nursing degree from Depaul University and later completed his post-graduate advanced practice mental health certification at the University of St. Francis.

Background and Experience: Joseph is board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is nationally certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This allows Joseph to see clients across the lifespan including adolescents, adults and the elderly. His approach to psychiatric diagnosis and medication management utilizes a biopsychosocial perspective, along with evidence-based practice, to inform his clinical decision making.

Special Interests & Services: Joseph is an avid sports fan and loves to watch and play basketball. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and experiencing new cultures. Joseph’s Christian faith and worldview guide both his professional and personal life.
