    Treatment Issues: Grant has experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, adjustment disorders, OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, separation anxiety, sleep disorders, eating disorders, impulse control disorders, anger issues, and grief.

    Education & Training: Grant Davis received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing and his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing center as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

    Background and Experience: Grant is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Grant provides psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. His approach to medication management is client focused and collaborative based on information shared between clinician and the client.  Grant believes that a strong therapeutic relationship between clinician and patient is vital for positive mental health outcomes.

    Special Interests & Services: Prior to working at the Meier clinic, Grant worked at the Holiner psychiatric group as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. There he provided both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care. As an RN, Grant worked on the inpatient eating disorder unit at Children’s Medical Center.

    Additional Info: His hobbies include sports and basketball. He volunteers with the Dallas Diesel Basketball Club in Richardson. Faith also plays a pivotal role in Grant’s life. He and his wife are members of the Village Church. He enjoys sharing and incorporating faith and scripture when appropriate: When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy. (Psalm 94:19).
