Matthew Dzikowski


Dr. Dzikowski is a licensed clinical psychologist, who sees adolescents and adults at the Meier Clinic in Wheaton, IL. He uses interpersonal, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients understand and address their difficulties. Dr. Dzikowski strives to provide therapeutic support in a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate manner, mindful of each person’s unique life history and personal experiences.

Dr. Dzikowski is also able to provide psychological assessments to help clients obtain a deeper understanding of their emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties. He is also able to assess cognitive functioning and screen for neuropsychological difficulties (e.g., related to neurodevelopment or neurocognitive disorders).

Dr. Dzikowski has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and in a wide variety of clinical settings. His clinical interests include anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (including religious obsessions and scrupulosity), personality disorders, as well as communication and relationship problems.

Dr. Dzikowski received his master’s and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Institute for the Psychological Sciences in Arlington, VA. During his graduate studies, Dr. Dzikowski received extensive training in the integration of the science of psychology with a Catholic-Christian worldview. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
