“I understand the struggle that comes with anxiety, and other emotional burdens. Anxiety can pigeon-hole us into thinking the world is going to end, all before we get out of bed that morning. I can offer a safe place for you to share these thoughts and work with you to learn tools to help combat cyclical thinking that can escalate anxiety.”
Catie enjoys incorporating CBT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based therapies to help individuals work through the emotional difficulties and thought patterns that are troublesome for them. She enjoys working with individuals struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Attacks, depression, college-age individuals, boundaries, emotional regulation, children of divorce, and Christian/faith-based counseling.
