“I consider it an honor and privilege to walk alongside my clients as they face the challenges life often brings.  It is my desire to listen, support, and help children, adolescents, adults and families renew their hope and find healing!”

Ashleigh utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy, as well as other evidence-based therapy techniques when working with her clients to reach their therapeutic goals and realize the change they desire to experience in their lives. She has a wide array of experience working with clients who have faced sexual, physical, verbal, and emotional abuse, trauma, depression, anger issues, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, substance abuse, severe health problems, difficulty adjusting to life changes, and a variety of other issues.

She is a follower of Christ and has experienced firsthand the power of faith as she has relied on God’s promises and scriptural truth to carry her through health struggles in her own life! This has given her a deep passion to work with clients who are facing health challenges and chronic illness. When her clients desire to incorporate faith, prayer, and scripture into their counseling process, she is equipped to share the wisdom, encouragement, and healing found in God’s Word.

Ashleigh completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, followed by a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

She is passionate about helping people and strives to provide a safe, judgment-free environment for her clients to feel safe and valued as they walk together towards a place of total healing! When she is not counseling, she loves to listen to music, feed ducks at the park, visit coffee shops, and be with friends!
