Dr. Cathy Evangelatos earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology and a master’s in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. She enjoys working with clients wanting to incorporate spirituality as part of psychotherapy, which provides an opportunity to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This article reflects information and research drawn from her clinical research project titled, “A Christian Therapist’s Experiences with an Integrated Practice: A Qualitative Study,” which was in partial fulfillment of her doctorate program for the degree of Doctorate of Clinical Psychology.
