   & President

Thank you for visiting the Meier Clinics website today.  As brother and sister, Dr. Paul Meier and Nancy Meier Brown began working together in 1976 with the goal of developing the best Christian counseling services available.  It has been rewarding to personally witness the healing of so many lives throughout the years and has encouraged us to continue the growth and development of Meier Clinics.

What makes Meier Clinics stand out from other mental health providers?  Our staff and counselors share a nondenominational, Christian perspective on health care.  We integrate biblically-based, Christian beliefs with psychological principles to treat the whole person - emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  Our total commitment to Christian counseling as well as sound clinical training distinguishes our approach.

All of our professional, highly-educated staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, family counselors, pastoral counselors, and other clinical staff are committed to providing each client with care tailored to meet her/his individual needs.  Many of our locations offer Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and Day Program services for a seamless continuum of care.

Meier Clinics Foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.  Our goal is to provide excellent, professional, psychological care to as many people as possible.  The tax-deductible donations we receive from individuals and organizations allow us to support the charitable services we offer to those who have financial hardships and otherwise could not afford quality Christian mental health care.

Our Mission Statement

Meier Clinics is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services that address the needs of the whole person—physically, emotionally and spiritually—through promoting wellness and reducing barriers to accessible care.

What Does Our Logo Symbolize?

Circle = Emotional

Our comprehensive approach to counseling draws from valid psychological principles to confront the issues and problems facing people today.  By utilizing a variety of counseling techniques and a team-treatment approach, we are able to offer our clients the best, most effective quality of care available.

"M" = Physical

As an integrated part of a balanced health care practice, our M.D.'s recognize and treat patients whose emotional symptoms stem from medical problems.  Various medications, diseases, and chemical imbalances can produce emotional symptoms.  The interactions of physical and emotional factors are thoroughly evaluated for proper treatment.

Cross = Spiritual

We acknowledge God as the Creator of life.  Jesus Christ, His son, as the sacrifice by which we may enjoy eternal life.  The Holy Spirit as our comforter and helper.  We recognize the Bible as God's inerrant word through which He has provided us with answers to life's problems, encouragement for our darkest days, and hope and peace that surpasses human understanding.  We recognize that without spiritual healing, the healing process can not truly be complete.
