Background and Experience: Althea has worked with “Tweens” (ages 9-12) for several years at her church and has a heart for helping the next generation. She leads several groups in the St. Louis Day Program and co-teaches a Masters level Group Therapy class at Covenant Seminary. She is also a Practicum Level Supervisor for interns from several area counseling graduate programs.

Background and Experience: Sandra has worked as a Christian counselor since 2003. Before that, she worked in various educational and therapeutic settings such as crisis hotlines, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and teaching.
Special Interests and Services: Sandra works with children as young as five, adolescents, and adults for a wide range of issues. Sandra describes her therapy style as insight-oriented, utilizing cognitive-behavioral and interactive techniques. She is also trained in EMDR which addresses trauma or abuse, panic, and anxiety.
Additional Information: Sandra is involved in her church as well as providing seminars to other area churches on subjects such as parenting, marital challenges, and providing mental health resources.
