Jane Mann, Psy.D., L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W.

Education and Training: Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, 1976. Masters of Art in Religion from Trinity International University, 1981. Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, 2004. Licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist since 2006.
Background and Experience: Dr. Mann has experience working as a clinical therapist with abused, neglected, adopted, and foster children. She also has worked extensively with self-injury clients, particularly adolescents. Dr. Mann has been working at Meier Clinics since 1997.
Special Interests and Services: Dr. Mann is most interested in parenting issues, self-injuring behavior, and depression, and is experienced in working with people in Christian ministry. She works with clients in individual, marital, and family therapy, and works extensively with teenagers.

Kristen McKnight, Psy.D.

Works with men and women, from approximately age 18 through adulthood, including senior citizens.
Education and Training: Doctorate from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, 1992. Licensed in the state of Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist since 1994.
Background and Experience: Dr. McKnight has been working with Meier Clinics since 1991. She also works in a supervisory capacity at the Wheaton College Counseling Center.
Special Interests and Services: Dr. McKnight particularly enjoys working with clients who desire to integrate Christian truths and principles into their therapy. Her therapy style is relational, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral.
Additional Information: Dr. McKnight is a member of the American Association for Christian Counselors (AACC). Dr. McKnight has been married to Scot since 1973. They have two adult, married children.

Background and Experience: Cathy has worked in a group home, hospital, private practice, church, and a university setting, giving her a rich variety of experiences. She has also worked in the exercise and nutrition industry to more fully understand physical well-being in order to integrate it better with the psychological and spiritual side of those she counsels.
Special Interests and Services: Cathy works with adolescents and adults for a wide range of issues, including counseling, coaching, and mentoring. Her therapy style is client-centered, strengths-based, and integrative. She is currently offering reduced fees to clients who meet the Meier Clinics financial guidelines.

Education and Training: Bachelor of Health Sciences from University of Kentucky, 1993. Masters of Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University, 1996. Licensed as a Professional Counselor since 1997. Beth is a member of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies.
Background and Experience: Beth worked at a community counseling center in Warrenville, IL, for five years. She also worked at a church affiliated counseling center for three years in Louisville, KY.
Special Interests and Services: Beth works with adults regarding a wide range of issues. She is especially interested in helping clients with relational issues and parents of special needs children.
Additional Information: Beth has led sexual abuse survivors groups and a group for parents of special needs children. She has two sons and has been married since 1991.
